Patricia has been a Trager® Practitioner since 1999.  She became a Tutor in 2003 and a Mentastics® Teacher in 2005.  British by birth and now a Canadian citizen, Patricia originally trained as a Chartered Physiotherapist in the United Kingdom and spent 30 years working within the UK’s National Health Service.  She also gained her BA and MBA degrees during this time.  A proponent of holistic approaches to health, Patricia trained in acupuncture both in the UK and in China.  She also qualified in other disciplines including: Aromatherapy Massage; Reflexology; and the Trager Approach, which she loves.

Since moving to Canada, Patricia has continued with her Trager practice and is also involved in the development of the Trager Approach internationally.  She has been Trager Canada’s Council of Trustees / National Association Congress Representative since 2011.  Patricia is currently the President (and a Director) of Trager International and a member of TI’s Education Department.

Patricia has led her own trainings within the UK, Egypt and Canada, and has also co-led trainings and workshops in the Netherlands and Italy, as well as in Canada.  She enjoys teaching and supporting others in developing the Trager Approach, whether students, practitioners or individual clients, so that they can benefit from this gentle yet effective approach.
