I have been a Trager Practitioner since 1983, a class organizer since 1983, a Tutor since the inception of the Tutor program and a Tutor Supervisor, A Trager Anatomy Teacher since 1986, and a Trager Instructor since 2004. I have served on my regional Board as President, the USTA's Education Committee, the IC and the ICMT, and as part of the Theory U group. I served as co-coordinator of the 2004 USTA conference in Massachusetts.
I have a Master's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies from the Pennsylvania State University.
I have been teaching throughout my entire professional career, and facilitating groups in personal and professional growth is one of my greatest passions.
I have been teaching Mentastics classes to the public for years and will be creating a variety of special- themed Trager for Daily Life classes.Back to Trager® faculty profiles.
