Mentastics
After Level I and before Practitioner Certification, 24 hours of core curriculum Mentastics movement classes are required as part of the Certification Program. These hours can be met with either one 3-day Mentastics class, or a series of Mentastics classes from Mentastics Teachers or Instructors..
