Led by Instructor Gail Stewart, this Level 4 is structured in a retreat setting, complete with healthy vibrant meals and lodging (all included in the course fee).
The intention of this event is to give ourselves a healthy and enriching pause with peers who love this approach. Giving ourselves the space, environment, and encouragement to be ourselves as we receive, deepen, explore, and delight in new discoveries.To be able to savor connecting with people we haven’t been with but have known for decades. To be in a Trager community where the focus is on nurturing, being seen, felt, and heard.

Other Information: The purpose of Level IV is to deepen and expand Practitioners' skills, confidence, and hookup, whatever our level of Trager® experience. The content we address in this class will be based on pre-class interviews to identify participants' wishes and challenges: in our own bodies and in our own professional practices. We'll approach these themes of Practitioner development using playful experiments in tablework, Mentastics and communication.
