Other important Information: Strengthen your Trager development by incorporating the elements of paradise in Dr. Trager’s hometown. Oahu, HI, is where Dr. Trager gave a Trager session before opening his general practice for the day. Riding on those same elemental currents, we’ll allow the gentleness of the Tradewinds to flow through our movements freely. Explore with ease and curiosity, movement that’s buoyed by the sea. Graceful language of hula will be an enjoyment added to this Professional training given in paradise.

Trager® Level 1: A 6-Day Immersive Course

Dates: Session 1: December 5, 6, and 7, 2025 / Session 2: February 6, 7, and 8, 2026
