A fun day of learning about the Trager Approach. Open to anyone interested in learning self care techniques. We will hone in on what's ailing us, and learn effective , quick ways to change that! You will walk away with new skills and techniques for self care for yourself and your contacts, and perhaps a desire to become certified.

This class meets one of the prerequisites for Level I. 6 CE's for LMT's from NCBTMB ,
