NOTES: This level is without overnight sleep and only during day time.

This course teaches the basics of TRAGER work at the table and in MENTASTICS. Students are introduced to the concept and feeling of “hook-up,” the giving and receiving of feedback. Self-assessment skills are practiced and awareness of the use of one's own body when giving a session is trained.

Requirement :

• coming of age

• Recommendation by a TRAGER practitioner or course instructor

  • Received at least two sessions from a certified TRAGER practitioner or

  • at least one session and one introductory workshop attended or

  • at least one session and 6 hours of MENTASTICS workshop or

  • one session and 6 hours of TRAGER in the everyday life course

• Membership in a national TRAGER association

  Please note : This course is held in two parts. The second part takes place from March 22 - March 24, 2024 .
